How it works

From a day of patient care reports to a decision a reviewer can defend

Five stages, none of which end with the software deciding anything about a provider or a patient.

  1. 01

A day of records arrives in your ePCR system

Those records are transferred securely to Arno Labs, ready for review. There is no new system for your crews to learn and no change to how they document a call.

  2. 02

Tailored to your protocols and practices

Evaluation runs against the protocols and practices your agency operates under. We tailor the setup to your agency, so what comes back reflects your own medical direction rather than a generic standard of care.

  3. 03

    Each record is evaluated

Every record in the day is read, because a protocol departure can appear in any call. The work runs in the background and typically finishes within minutes.

Nothing is sampled. The reason manual QA reviews a fraction of calls is time, and time is the constraint this removes.

  4. 04

A report comes back with its evidence attached

Everything is organized by severity and type, so the calls that need attention are at the top and nothing needs hunting for. Each finding comes with the evidence behind it.

  5. 05

    Your team reviews and decides

The system proposes and shows its evidence; it does not decide. It flags the cases worth a second look and leaves the review to your team.
